Damaged Product Replacement Policy

Changes and Cancellations

  • Unfortunately, we cannot modify, cancel, or refund orders once they have been delivered. 

 

To request a replacement for a damaged product:

  • Take a photo of the product and email it, along with your name, order number, and the nature of the issue to  info@florajet.ca
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, replacement requests must be received within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If we confirm that the damage was caused on our end,
  • We will replace the product and deliver it as soon as possible to the same location at no charge.

Incomplete Orders 

If your order has missing delivery information, we will hold it until all necessary information is provided. Our team will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to obtain the missing details.

If the desired delivery date is no longer available, we will deliver your order on the next available date.

Flower Replacements

Flowers are seasonal and their availability may vary. It is this ephemeral nature that makes them so attractive.

When creating our floral arrangements, we always strive to use the same flowers and colors as those shown on our website. However, we always prioritize the freshness of the flowers over exact reproductions.

If a particular flower does not meet our standards at the time you place your order, we may replace it with another of similar or higher quality and value.

We may not be able to inform you in advance of a replacement. Rest assured that our team will always choose the best flowers.
