Recipient Information (Third Party): When you make a purchase as a gift for a third party, we collect the recipient's name, delivery address, and phone number solely to fulfill the delivery.

Financial Information: Payment card data and transaction details (processed through secure, industry-compliant payment gateways).

Connection and Usage Information: IP address, device type, browsing history on our website, items viewed, and preferences.

2. Collection Methods and Profiling Technologies

We collect your information through the following means:

Direct collection: When you make a purchase, create an account, or contact our customer service.

Automated collection (Cookies and Google Consent Mode V2): Subject to your explicit consent, we use cookies to analyze traffic and target our advertising initiatives. In strict compliance with Law 25 and the Google Consent Mode V2 protocol, our website is configured to block the activation of these cookies and the transmission of browsing signals until you have expressed a positive choice ("Accept") through our consent management banner. 4. Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfers

Florajet.ca is committed to never selling your personal information. We only disclose your data to trusted third parties, and only when necessary:

Service providers: Such as Shopify (hosting), our logistics partners and fulfilling florists (shipping/delivery), and our payment processors.

Cross-border transfers: By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be hosted on servers belonging to Shopify and our partners located outside the province of Québec (including in the United States or other Canadian provinces). These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements providing an equivalent level of protection.

Advertising partners: We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and optimize our service. Through the integration of the Google Consent Mode V2 protocol, the transmission of these signals to Google is dynamically adjusted and strictly respects the permissions you grant (e.g., for ad personalization or advertising storage). In this context, and only with your consent, certain transaction and contact data (such as email address and phone number, in encrypted and anonymized "hashed" form) may be transmitted to Google LLC via the Enhanced Conversions feature to improve tracking accuracy. This data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy (google.com).

5. Retention, Security, and Destruction

We apply rigorous administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or theft. Your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to satisfy our legal and fiscal obligations. Thereafter, it will be securely destroyed or anonymized.

Florajet acts as a data controller. We never store, view, or process your credit card information on our own servers. Our responsibility is limited to the secure management of our administrative access to the Shopify platform and the selection of compliant third-party partners.

All transactions are conducted via secure transmission protocols (SSL/TLS), ensuring that your financial information remains inaccessible to Florajet.ca and unauthorized third parties.

5.2 Privacy Incidents**

In the event of a security incident compromising your personal information (loss, unauthorized access, or theft) and presenting a risk of serious harm, we are committed to promptly notifying the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) of Québec as well as the affected individuals, in accordance with the requirements of Law 25.

In accordance with Law 25 (Québec) and applicable Canadian legislation, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

Right of access:** Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right of rectification:** Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to erasure:** Request the deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and fiscal retention obligations.

Right to withdraw consent:** Withdraw your consent to the disclosure or use of your information for secondary purposes (such as marketing), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

Right to data portability:** Obtain your personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Right to de-indexation:** Request that information about you published online be removed from dissemination or re-indexed, where such dissemination contravenes the law or a court order.
